You get a real door with a real lock and your name on it. Cabinetry and plumbing installed with fixtures in place. You bring your tools, your products and your book.

Maximum Salon Suites was built for stylists ready to work for themselves — not by themselves. Five private, fully furnished suites in a space designed to feel like somewhere you would actually want to spend your day: exposed beams, natural light, black and rose gold finishes, and room to breathe.

1. Come see it. Fifteen minutes, no pressure. We'll show you what's open and tell you the weekly rate.

2. Pick your suite. There are five. They go in the order people commit.

3. Move in. Everything is installed. Bring your tools, your products and your book. Most stylists are taking clients within a week of signing.

The building has good bones and better light — exposed beams, tall windows, and daylight that makes your color work look like your color work. Parking is out front and it's yours and your clients'. You're minutes from Ridge Road and 390, which means your clients from clients from Greece and the Greater Rochester Area can all get to you without rearranging their day.

One flat weekly rate covers the suite, the utilities, the Wi-Fi, the laundry and the break room. There's no commission on what you make, no charge for the products you sell, and nothing added on at the end of the month. We'll tell you the number on the phone, or when you come walk the space — whichever you'd rather do first.

One number, once a week.

A private suite with a door that locks, and everything in it already installed — styling chair, station and cabinetry, with the plumbing installed, fixtures in place. Laundry is conveniently downstairs and the break room is upstairs, both included, along with utilities and Wi-Fi. When you move in, your business goes on our website and our socials.
